Game room/tv room on upper level. In walking distance to fabulous restaurants/grocery store. Community pool, beach, pickle ball and tennis courts available at gated park. Just minutes to the ocean by boat! Dock space provided for boat 35 ft. or less in length. Perfect home for families/ group of 10 or less. A/C and heated. Wifi provided.
kitchen: fully stocked with dishes, mugs, glasses, wine glasses, plastic glasses, cookware and flatware Also includes knives and serving pieces. Kitchen towels, dishwasher soap (Bosch dishwasher), dishwashing soap and disinfecting wipes are included. Utensils are provided.
wine chiller is located in kitchen along with stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher Granite countertops. Plenty of storage space for guest's provisions.

founder's park: huge pool with lap lanes Chairs provided. Very well-maintained! A small fee is charged at pool office for entrance. It's a great place to swim! There are pickle ball courts and tennis courts (lighted at night). Guests must provide rackets/paddles and balls. The beach is directly across from the pool. There is no charge to use the beach. Bring your own chairs and towels! It's a quaint area. You can snorkel in the beach area as well. The marina is next door and the boat launch is located here if you want to drop your boat in and drive it to the house. A card will be given to guests to use Founder's Park. it's fun for the whole family!
